Delivery and payment

Delivery options

• Courier in Moscow — 400 ₽. Delivered the day after the order is packed.
• Russian Post — 600 ₽. A post office in any town, five to fourteen days.

How an order goes

1. You place the order on the site — no confirmation call is needed.
2. An email arrives with the order number and its contents. If there is no email within ten minutes, check the spam folder.
3. An order placed before 15:00 is packed the same day; after 15:00 — on the next working day.
4. When the parcel leaves, we send an email with the tracking number. It is also visible in your account, in the order card.

An order can be changed or cancelled until it is packed: write to info@fire-racing.com or message us on Telegram and give the order number.

Payment

• By card or SBP — via a payment link once the order is confirmed
• By invoice for companies

Once the order is confirmed, we send a link to pay by card or via SBP — by email or messenger. The order is packed and shipped after payment. For companies we issue an invoice.

Prices on the site are given in roubles per item and include all taxes. The delivery cost is shown as a separate line in the order summary.

If the size does not fit

With pickup the size is changed on the spot, if it is in stock. Otherwise the usual exchange and return procedure applies — fourteen days from receipt. The terms are described on the Exchange and returns page, and the measurements are on the Size guide page.
