Terms of use
Rules for using the site: account, content, reviews, liability.
These terms describe how the site may be used. By opening the site and using its sections you accept them. Purchase terms are set out separately in the public offer, and personal data handling in the privacy policy.
1. Who is who
The Site is this website with all of its sections. The Seller is the owner of the site, whose details are given in the footer and in the offer. A Visitor is anyone who opens the site, registered or not.
2. Account
Registration is optional: an order can be placed without it. By creating an account you take responsibility for the accuracy of the details you give and for keeping your password safe. Actions taken under your account are treated as yours until you tell us access has been lost.
An account can be closed at your request — write to info@fire-racing.com. We may close an account used to break these rules.
3. Site content
Texts, photographs, design and the selection of materials belong to the Seller. They may not be copied for other shops or platforms. Linking to pages of this site and quoting them with attribution is free.
4. Reviews and visitor messages
A review is published after moderation. We do not publish reviews containing abuse, other people personal data, advertising of unrelated goods, or text that has nothing to do with the product. By sending a review you allow it to be shown on the product page.
We do not edit the meaning of a review: it is either published as it is or rejected as a whole.
5. Product information
We work to keep descriptions, sizes, stock and prices accurate. Colour on a photo depends on the screen and stock changes through the day, so the final contents and price of an order are confirmed when it is placed.
6. Liability
The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for interruptions caused by communication or hosting failures or by force majeure, nor for the consequences of using gear other than as intended or against the care rules.
7. Changes
These rules may change. The version published on this page applies. Current revision September 9, 2026.
