Exchange and returns
Exchange and return within 14 days, a warranty on seams and hardware.
Fourteen days to decide
An item can be returned or exchanged within fourteen days of delivery if it has not been worn: no signs of use, tags in place, original condition.
Shorts, riding pants and anything worn next to the skin come back unworn only. That is a hygiene rule, not fussiness on our side: trying them on over underwear is fine, riding in them before you decide is not.
How it works
- Write to info@fire-racing.com or message us on Telegram, give the order number and say what you are returning.
- We answer within one working day and send the address and the shipping details.
- When an item of proper quality is returned or exchanged, the buyer pays for the return shipment. For a manufacturing defect or a FIRE RACING mistake, we cover the shipping costs.
- The refund goes back the same way the payment came, within ten days of the parcel reaching us.
None of this is needed for pickup: the size is tried on the spot and swapped right away if it is in stock.
Swapping a size
We handle exchanges as a return plus a new order, so the size you need is not given away while the parcel travels to us. If the size has run out, we say so straight away — before you send anything back.
The size guide helps to get it right the first time, including what to do when your measurements fall between two rows.
Warranty on seams and hardware
We cover manufacturing defects for sixty days from delivery: a seam coming apart, a zip or snap failing, reflective tape peeling off, print splitting.
Normal wear is not a defect: a worn chamois and cuffs after a season, snags from branches and crashes, fading from sun and chlorinated water, damage after washing against the care rules.
If you find a defect, send the order number and two or three photos to info@fire-racing.com — the whole item and the defect close up. A replacement or refund is at our expense, and we pay the return shipment.
