Public offer
The terms on which the shop sells goods and the customer orders them.
1. General provisions
This document is a public offer: a proposal to conclude a retail sale contract on the terms set out below. Seller: Sole proprietor Anna Kungurtseva, TIN 420538761905, OGRNIP 321774600414097.
By placing an order on the site, the customer confirms that they have read these terms and agree with them. From that moment the contract is considered concluded.
2. Subject of the contract
The seller transfers to the customer the goods — the cycling clothing and equipment presented in the site catalogue — and the customer accepts and pays for them. The properties of the goods, their composition, size and colour are described on the product page.
The colour in a photograph may differ from the actual one because of screen settings. A difference in shade is not considered a defect.
3. Placing an order
An order is placed on the site without telephone confirmation. After checkout the customer receives an email with the number and the contents of the order. The seller may decline to fulfil an order if the goods turn out not to be in stock; the customer is notified and any money paid is returned.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details given at checkout. An order sent to an incorrect address is not shipped a second time.
4. Price and payment
Prices are given in roubles per item and include all taxes. A price may change, but not for an order already placed: it is fulfilled at the price in force at the moment of checkout.
Payment is made by card or via SBP using a payment link that the seller sends to the buyer once the order is confirmed, or by invoice for companies. The order is handed over for delivery after payment. The delivery cost is not included in the price of the goods and is shown as a separate line in the order summary.
5. Delivery
The methods, times and costs of delivery are listed on the Delivery and payment page and form part of this offer. The times are given in working days and do not account for delays on the carrier's side.
Ownership and the risk of accidental loss pass to the customer at the moment the goods are handed over.
6. Exchange and return
The customer may refuse the goods within fourteen days of receipt if the goods have not been used and their appearance, consumer properties and tags have been preserved. The procedure is described on the Exchange and returns page.
The money is returned by the same method the payment was made, within ten days of the returned goods arriving.
7. Liability
The seller is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the goods, by breaking the care rules, or by repair outside the seller's workshop.
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations where it is caused by circumstances of force majeure.
8. Personal data
The customer's data is processed in the manner described in the Privacy policy, which is an integral part of this offer.
9. Final provisions
Disputes are settled by negotiation, and failing agreement, in the manner established by the law of the Russian Federation. The seller may change the terms of the offer; a new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page and does not apply to orders already placed.
