Privacy policy
What data we collect, why it is needed, how long it is kept and how to withdraw it.
Who processes the data
Personal data operator: Sole proprietor Anna Kungurtseva, TIN 420538761905, OGRNIP 321774600414097. Enquiries about data processing: info@fire-racing.com.
This policy covers the FireRacing shop website and explains what information about a visitor we collect, why, and what happens to it afterwards.
What data we collect
- When placing an order — name, telephone, email address, country, city and delivery address, and the comment to the order.
- When registering — name, email address and password. The password is stored as an irreversible hash: it cannot be recovered, only replaced with a new one.
- When subscribing to the newsletter — email address and the interests you selected.
- When writing through the form — name, email address, telephone if you gave one, and the text of the message.
- Technical information — the address the request came from, the browser type and the time of the request. These go into the server logs and are needed to defend against brute force and to investigate failures.
Why we need it
Data is processed only for what you asked for: to pack and deliver an order, answer an enquiry, show your purchase history in your account, and send the newsletter you subscribed to. We do not profile visitors and we do not sell data to third parties.
Who we pass it to
Only to those without whom the order will not arrive: the carrier receives the recipient's name, telephone and address; the mail service receives the email address for the message. Data is not passed to any other third party, except where the law requires it.
Cookies
The site keeps the cart, favourites, the chosen language and the record of your cookie choice in the browser. Without them the shop does not work: the cart would be forgotten as soon as you opened the next page. We do not set third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
How long data is kept
Order data — for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Account data — for as long as the account exists. A subscription address — until you unsubscribe; the link is in every email and on the Newsletter consent page.
Your rights
You can ask what data of yours we hold, require inaccurate data to be corrected, withdraw your consent to processing and ask for your data to be deleted. Some information we are obliged to keep even after withdrawal, where the law requires it — data on orders already fulfilled, for example.
Send the request to info@fire-racing.com from the address given when ordering or registering. The answer arrives within thirty days.
